An Anglican Parish Priest and Police & Fire Chaplain for the City of Turlock, CA, Gerry is actively experienced in the physical, emotional and spiritual care & healing of individuals and families facing many needs - including Hospice Chaplaincy & Advance  Care Planning.  He is trained and certified in the application of Critical Incident Stress Management for the community and First Responders.  Additionally, he brings 20+ years of experience as a Program and Operations Manager from his private industry career at various companies in the Silicon Valley.

Advance Care Planning Program Coordinator

With over ten years of experience as a part of a management team serving the diverse residents of Merced County, MayPa brings forth skill sets and hands-on knowledge in client services that allows for engagement into meaningful conversations and building individualized connections with those she serves.  She has donated numerous hours of her time and knowledge to the Hmong Community of Merced County serving as an academic mentor to youths and has aided elders in seeking assistance and resources that will allow them to experience a better quality of life.  A graduate of California State University Stanislaus, MayPa contributes her educational training in Sociology coupled with her gained experiences to guiding members of San Joaquin County in navigating conversations and making informed decisions in their personal Advance Care Planning.
